Much of CES is about looking to the future of technology, but it’s also an opportunity to celebrate the most innovative products of the present.

from CES 2016 now, visit BestBuy.com.[/callout]Earlier this week, the Consumer Technology Association (CTA) announced its Innovations Award honorees for CES 2016. The annual competition recognizes outstanding design and engineering in consumer tech products.

The 2016 honorees include everything from a robotic bartender to a 3-D-printed hand. Those products have been on display for attendees to view at a CES showcase.

A panel of industrial designers, engineers and members of the trade press judge the products. There are two levels of winners, the exclusive “Best of Innovation” and “Honorees.”

Best Buy sells five of the “Best of Innovation” gadgets. Here they are:

HP Envy Curved All-in-One

This all-in-one computer’s 34″ curved display presents a vivid 3440 x 1440 Quad HD+ picture. You can easily check your e-mail, access social media and browse Web sites with rapid Wireless-AC networking.

Samsung – Gear S2

Stay connected even when you’re away from your phone with this smartwatch, which receives texts, e-mails and notifications and features S Health and Nike+ Running integration to track your health and fitness.

Eco Cell – USB Cell Rechargeable Batteries

A convenient USB-rechargeable design helps keep essential electronics powered. The low-drain batteries offer minimal self discharge and overload protection to ensure a reliable charge.

Ricoh – Theta S

Capture images and stream live video to your device with this 14.0-megapixel digital camera. Built-in Wi-Fi allows fast file transfers.

Samsung – Galaxy S6 edge+

With a slimmer build and larger screen, you can set the Edge Handle menu to the left or right edge of the screen so the apps and contacts you use most sit at the tip of your thumb whether you’re left- or right-handed.
